Durmishkhan specializes in international private law, in particular:
in B2B-business to business- on issues of conducting and supporting foreign economic activity, business relocation;
in B2C-business to client- issues of family and inheritance law with a foreign element, relocation and naturalization, home office.
Durmishkhan has extensive experience working with foreign jurisdictions: Italian, American, English law.
In 2013, he completed an internship, has a certificate of completion of a course on the US judicial system (Virginia, USA). From January to July 2017, he worked at the University of Bologna, Italy.
Durmishkhan is an associate professor at the Department of International and European Law of the Faculty of Law of Kazan (Perm) Federal University, takes an active part in professional practical conferences and symposia, is the organizer of a large number of practice-oriented events with international participation, among the most significant: in Nanjing, China (2016), Paris, France (2019).
