Prior to joining the Yalilov & Partners team, Amir worked for several years in a large financial conglomerate in a consulting service as a Lawyer and led the direction of credit and insurance disputes.
Advises key players in the automotive sector on legal issues, including aspects of transport regulation, taxation, human resources, competition and foreign investment legislation, as well as intellectual property and product quality responsibility.
He has a number of scientific publications in the field of civil and arbitration proceedings -
